
Community Engagement Sessions
During the planning process, we held two community engagement sessions: one kick-off meeting to introduce the project to community members, and one strategies presentation to get feedback on ideas for Grace Manor from residents who experience the neighborhood daily.

During the first engagement session in October of 2024, attendees were given the opportunity to speak with individual members of the Urban Partners and CCIP teams to address community services, housing, and quality of life issues and opportunities in Grace Manor.

Some of the primary concerns facing neighborhood residents included:

Needing essential resources like grocery stores and medical services

Improved accessibility for seniors

Neighborhood beautification and maintenance

General safety, especially at night​
